Position

Maxwell is looking for talented Frontend Developer to join their Amsterdam-based conversational messaging startup. 

Responsibilities:

• Decide on architecture and roadmap
• Design and develop our tools and applications that support our customers and marketers in their work
• Build reusable code and libraries
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
• Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
• Cooperate with other team members and stakeholders
• Work in a fun, respectful, unpressured and supportive environment

Your qualification

• 5+ years frontend development experience 
• Proactive, pragmatic and independent work ethic
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in English
• Experience with building Single Page Applications, preferably in React
• Profound understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them 
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
• Experience with Python development and scalable applications

Will be a plus

• Unit Testing, TDD, Automated Testing or End to End testing
• Webpack
• Working in a SCRUM team
