Position

In your position as Application Manager (m/f/d) - Focus RPA you are fully involved from day one and will help to shape the company. Specifically, these will be your tasks:

• Development of RPA in the existing system landscape using the software Blue
• Monitoring the function and optimization of the developed RPA
• Analysis and solving of incident and problem tickets
• Supporting departments before, during and after the introduction of new RPA
• End user support
• Monitoring the implementation of technical changes (RFC)
• Execution and coordination of the technical concept as well as the technical implementation including test design, management and execution
• Development and expansion of internal documentation
• Support in application management
• Monitoring and ensuring the productive operation of applications
• Coordination of external IT services

Your Human Capital:

• University degree in (business) informatics / IT, mathematics, engineering or science or a comparable education
• Profound knowledge in using the software Blue Prism, preferred with a certification
• Profound programming skills in C#, .NET
• Good knowledge of incident, problem, change and release management
• Good knowledge of current software architectures
• Strong communication skills as well as coordination and organizational competence
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Strong hands on mentality
• Initiative, result orientation and entrepreneurial behaviour
• Sound knowledge of MS Office applications
• Very good command of English and German, both spoken and written
