We work on a modern stack without having to deal with excess legacy, and our architecture stands on k8s, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, REST or gRPC as an alternative. We use the GitOps through Gitlab CI approach and cover everything with automated integration testing. Some of our teams' favorites are ClickHouse, MongoDB, React, and Flink.

Our clusters are automatically managed through the code and can handle thousands of events per second. We use Kafka to decentralize our service, and the main languages our tech team uses are Python and Go while in the Trading Core, we also use C++ and C#.

For the front-end, we use React, and most of the projects are TypeScript SPAs using technologies such as Web-sockets, Service Worker, PWA, Web-push, AB-testing, and Webpack Federation.

The people we’ve brought together come from many different countries with vast experience from leading IT companies. Although some of them work remotely, our main development office is located in Limassol, Cyprus. Position

We are looking for a DevOps/Release Engineer that will join our strong and always growing team in a key position.The ideal candidate can work with teammates and troubleshoot problems, identify solutions, and assess situations in real-time.

You will:

• Be in charge of CI / CD processes across several development teams, organize end-to-end DevOps processes
• Work closely with SRE department, Security and Platform teams
• Automate deployment of test and integration environments
• Develop infrastructure solutions for organizing container virtualization platforms 
• Implement application monitoring processes, log-ins, health-check

Our technology stack:

• Development: Python, Go, Node.js
• Infrastructure: AWS (EC2, EKS), bare-metal solutions
• Containerization: Docker
• Orchestration: Kubernetes
• VCS/CICD: Gitlab, Gitlab CI

Your qualification

• Have experience in development and administration of IT systems 3 years+
• Have experience in Python or Golang
• Have experience with containerization solutions and any container orchestration system (ideally hands-on experience with Kubernetes)
• Have expertise with build automation and continuous delivery tools
• Good understanding of Quality Control and test automation in agile-based continuous integration environments
• Knowledge of English at an intermediate conversational level

Will be a plus

• Knowledge of AWS Cloud solution (S3, EC2, EKS, ECR, RDS, ElastiCache, CloudWatch, CloudFormation)
• Experience with Kubernetes
• Experience with Gitlab-CI
• SQL knowledge and understanding how modern RDBMS are working, especially PostgreSQL
• Passion for software optimization 
• Basic understanding of data replication
• Knowledge not only about how to deploy a service (Redis / PostgreSQL /MongoDB) but also how to use it
