Position

• You act as a sparring partner for the Product Manager to shape the product roadmap
• Define the right KPIs for new features and tests
• Perform quantitative analysis and ensure data quality
• Develop dashboards and monitor the KPIs in BI tool
• Together with Development and QA teams you ensure the correct implementation of the data requirements and availability of the data for these KPIs 
• Ensure the correct documentation of the tasks you are working on
• Take time independently to explore the data and gain further data insights to improve the product

Your qualification

• You have proven analytical and quantitative skills
• You have the ability to write complex SQL queries
• You have experience in visualizing your results/analysis using BI tools like Domo, Tableau
• You have experience in understanding and formulating key performance metrics
• You have proven ability to adapt to new technologies/tools quickly
• You have knowledge of foundational statistics (e.g. t-tests, distributions)
• You have at least 5 years professional experience in a relevant field
• You are fluent in English
• You are a team player, but also can work independently
• Having experience in big data technologies, e.g. BigQuery and the ability to write in R or Python or both
