We like to think of ourselves as an economic engine for connected cities, whether by providing media owners new ways to monetize their real estate assets, opening potential revenue streams for “smart city” initiatives, or helping brands engage consumers through targeted, impactful media.

Position

You will be part of a highly skilled engineering team and be able to make an immediate impact. As one of the early team members, you will play an integral role in shaping up our core technology. Your work will be highly visible and critical to our success. You will be exposed to a variety of technologies from networking to desktop applications on multiple operating systems and you will have the chance to learn and own parts of the system.

Your qualification

• Have experience with the Full Stack, from the Database to CSS
• Expertise in at least one compiled, one interpreted language and one Web Framework
• Expertise in Web Technologies
• Experience with developing complex software systems with production quality deployment, monitoring and reliability
• Understand HTTP and Websockets
• Be able to decompose business requirements into a set of RESTful resources
• Expertise in Linux

Will be a plus

• Have run a system on AWS
• Are familiar with Python web development and have experience with libraries like Flask and SQLAlchemy
• Are familiar with Browser technologies like V8, WebKit, Compositing, Etc
• Know how to do memory profiling for a web app
• Have built a desktop application using Native frameworks or with Electron-like technologies
