Position
We are expanding and looking for a Senior or Lead-level Python Developer with a passion for innovation and a spark of brilliance!
Hero.io is currently focused on scaling and advancing its own crypto super app.
Our flagship crypto super app is a cutting-edge platform that integrates multiple services, including:
- AI-powered analytics for crypto markets and user portfolios.
- Gamified experiences and quests to enhance user engagement.
- Portfolio management tools to help users track and optimize their crypto assets.
- Web3 integrations, enabling seamless connectivity to decentralized networks and services.
We are tackling exciting challenges and delivering solutions that redefine user experience in the crypto space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the development of web application architecture.
- Design and implement the architecture for key product modules.
- Scale the project architecture as the load and feature set grow.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality standards.
- Mentor team members and assist with hiring new talents when necessary.
Your qualification
- 5+ years of commercial development experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Python and relational/graph/document-oriented or column databases (**PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, ElasticSearch, MongoDB, Cassandra, Neo4j**).
- Experience with RabbitMQ.
- Familiarity with the Apache Stack for data processing is a plus.
- Ability to write and optimize complex queries is a strong advantage.
- Deep understanding of modern development technologies and tools.
- Experience with instrumenting code to monitor critical application performance metrics.
- Fluency in English (B2-C2 level); team communication is conducted in English.
