Position

A highly motivated and hard working Producer is needed in Kiev-based Ubisoft game studio. Must-have are skills and experience to independently plan and schedule tasks based on defined project goals, and the capability to lead a team to the successful execution of these goals. The ideal candidate has interest and experience in video game project management, either as a producer or assistant producer on game project(s).

Responsibilities:

• As the responsible producer lead game project teams to a high-quality outcome
• Plan projects based on business goals, continuously update these plans and mitigating risk
• Track project progress and communicating it to stakeholders, take instant corrective actions to keep the project on track
• Continuous improvement of internal processes, together with other producers. Possibly overseeing the work of other producers

Your qualification

• Expertise in:
  • project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
  • software development metrics, quality metrics, quality process
  • team tracking, process improvement
  • video games industry
  • PC gaming
  • game design in general and creative processes
• Track of success as team lead
• Good knowledge of project management/looking to learn
• Advanced business English

• You are always stay informed of latest news related to your profession, reading professional magazines and books, posting on forums, blog, take classes or teach others
• You are interested in people, their thoughts and interests
• It is easy for you to reach for new contacts and network with other professionals in your field
