Role

We're looking for a Senior Product Managerto join our Restaurants group within the Sales Technology team. You will work closely with product, engineering, legal & compliance, procurement, finance,  data science, and our operations teams to drive adoption of utilisation of our core Sales Technology stack. The role is global and will involve working with both central and local stakeholders across our 11 markets.

• Contributes to roadmap and ideas at a group level

• Positive contribution to the group and product org in general by providing feedback to others and mentoring colleagues.
• Contributes to the interview and recruitment process.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll secure insights and deeply understand our restaurant partners and business users needs with particular emphasis on all aspects of post-on boarding including  Account Management and Servicing.

• You will be comfortable working cross functionally with operational teams and have solid commercial experience and understanding
• Know how OKRs are used to drive teams towards common goals and high-impact outcomes
• You will have a deep understanding of the Salesforce Service Cloud, and key tools such as Chat Bots, Amazon Connect CTI, WhatsApp and other aspects of Digital Engagement.
• Be comfortable leading a global workstream including managing a priortised backlog, managing stakeholder expectations and delivering on-time within budget
• Develop a clear project plan and being clear on who is responsible for actions
• Create clear communications to ensure operations fully understand our product changes and can easily realise the full value of them
• Collaborate with the wider organisation to ensure that our understanding of audience needs are met
• Embed within the Tech Org and Product team environment to represent the voice of restaurants commercially in technical conversations, and represent tech org needs and context outward to the business.
• Effectively influence a Product team’s priorities and roadmap using qualitative and quantitative feedback loops, to ensure a product is built for the right target audiences Requirements
• 5+ years experience embedded within product capacity and with Commercial to bring products to market
• Strong quantitative analytical ability and excellent communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to clearly communicate complex, large-scale concepts
• Proven ability to think strategically, execute effectively, and drive long term impact
• Proven experience in Sales, Service or Marketing technology
• Experience communicating to internal and external audiences
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams
• Analytical and problem - solving skills experience
