Launching a unique online encoding service, and soon after its Standalone PHP Encoder software, ionCube was quickly established and recognised as a leading provider of encoding solutions for PHP.

Position

ionCube is seeking highly motivated web developers, ideally with full stack experience, and with a desire and passion for using the latest technologies to work on the evolution of our new global service, ionCube24.

In this role you will play a key part in the overall design process and product evolution, creating new features and not just patching old, using some of the latest and emerging technologies, and using your creativity to the full. Your qualification

• Solid grasp of OOP combined with strong Javascript knowledge
• Familiarity with Javascript based frameworks and related technologies such as AngularJS
• Experience with CSS3 / HTML5 
• Familiarity with browser based testing and debugging
• Appreciation of good UX design principles

For a full stack role, you would also have experience with:

• PHP MVC frameworks (we use Phalcon)
• Databases such as MySQL/MariaDB
• Working knowledge of Linux

We are based near Canterbury in Kent, with good transport links and can also assist with relocation if necessary.
