Position

We are creating the richest TV & Media experience by combining top-notch content with innovative and interactive services, all personalized into one app for TV, mobile, laptop, and web. To bring this experience to life, we use cutting-edge technology like cross-platform, cloud-based, event-driven, and data-driven. This approach ensures fast innovation while delivering responsive and reliable apps.

Customer behavior and satisfaction are critical to our business. We aim to continuously surprise and inspire our customers with new features. It's essential to know which parts of the app need further optimization for growth, performance, or customer satisfaction. Thorough testing gives us the assurance that new app releases will always perform as expected.

Your qualification

• Result-oriented and a team player in DevOps
• Quality assurance (manual and automated testing) for mobile apps, web, and smart TV
• Monitoring app performance (crashlytics, performance analytics, customer experience analytics, customer feedback)
• Structured identification and investigation of customer problems
• Good communication skills for coordination with other teams 
• Bachelor's degree in ICT or technical affinity
• 1-3 years of work experience
