Position

You are a software engineering specialist, fascinated by tech stacks and not afraid of process-management or DevOps tasks. With this skillset, you are an ideal fit for us!

What you move

• You will be part of the Cheetahs team, a high-performing agile team of 18 DevOps engineers: 13 in Switzerland and 5 in Rotterdam, Netherlands. We take responsibility for online charging of all mobile telecom services of Swisscom using the Matrixx Digital Commerce platform (OCS)
• You will be a key player in our journey to bring our OCS platform into the cloud and to operate and maintain it efficiently with latest DevOps practices & tools
• You will be involved in Lifecycle activities like Platform upgrades, Non-Functional Tests (NFT) & Native 5G Core integration ensuring resilience & performance of our platform

Your qualification

• You are an experienced DevOps engineer (5+ years) with Online Charging Know How (preferably for Matrixx Digital Commerce Platform)
• You are familiar with the challenges related to Online Charging services such as high-availability and high performance
• You are experienced with Southbound Network Integration (Diameter, Nchf 5G protocol) for Online Charging
• You know how to use Docker, Kubernetes & Argo CD
• You maintain and operate our platform by using DevOps Tools like Jenkins, Prometheus & Grafana, ELK
• You feel comfortable working in a team distributed over the Netherlands & Switzerland
• You are interested to cover a broad area from fast deployments to efficient operations in our cross-functional team
• You are interested in learning continuously about new technologies and how to leverage them to create business value
• You love acting as sparring partner for other team members
• You speak fluent English
