DASH is the tech accelerator of The Works: home to successful international work-brands like YoungCapital, YoungCapital NEXT, StudentJob and Jobbird.com. As an employment agency, we work very differently than you might think. We recruit almost all our candidates via digital channels. At DASH's R&D department in Hoofddorp, we have a bunch of developers building technological innovations in a data-driven and agile way.

Position

YoungCapital is not an ordinary employment agency. We are tech-oriented and have a lot of websites, portals, apps, databases, machine learning algorithms - we even have our own e-learning platform, which we call University. At YoungCapital's R&D department in Hoofddorp, we have over 60 developers building technological innovations in a data-driven and agile way.

Together with great backend developers and UX'ers:

• You will work on developing front-end applications that help thousands of candidates get the best out of their work experience
• You will try to find the perfect balance between creativity and productivity
• Besides the technical aspect, you will also be working on the usability and performance of the website
• You will work on our SEO optimization

Your qualification

• Minimum hbo level or equivalent ability
• At least 3 years of professional experience in front end software development (JavaScript, React, and more)
• Familiarity with ES6+
• Experience with unit-testing
• Experience with modern CSS frameworks (SCSS/LESS/PostCSS)
• You dream in English (Dutch is not mandatory)
