Position

• You will be part of a team, maximizing uptime and performance of our infrastructure services delivered to our internal clients across the globe
• Engineering, design, innovation and management of 2000+ servers, centralized enterprise storage solutions, 50+ MSSQL Databases, backup, restoration and disaster recovery, VMware, automation environment and monitoring
• Day to day operations include configuration settings, changes, troubleshooting, reporting and monitoring
• Work with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors and suppliers
• Create procedure and supportive documentation
• Guide and coach your colleagues

Your qualification

• You have knowledge and experience of Microsoft server technology at MCSE level (Active Directory, Windows server 2016, Failover Clustering, Network Load Balancing, IIS, MS-SQL and security)
• You have knowledge and experience of VMware, minimum at VCP6-DCV level, preferably VMware Enterprise+ Suite (vCenter, ESXi, vRealize Automation & Operations Manager)
• You have knowledge and experience of centralized enterprise storage solutions (DELL EMC, VNX, DataDomain)
• You have knowledge and experience of storage area networks (Fibre Channel, Brocade switches)
• You know what it takes to build Highly Available infrastructures using the right technology for the job at hand
• Have experience with automating processes and knowledge of PowerShell, Puppet and chef
• You have hands-on experience building solutions based on the leading (hybrid) cloud with different cloud providers, such as AWS and Azure
• You have knowledge and experience of networking, load balancers and firewalls
• You have knowledge of Linux, Container and Docker solutions
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• You are analytical, pro-active and think out of the box while providing insights on how to continuously improve the environment
• Strong presentation skills and good interpersonal communications skills
• Proven Project management skills
• Previous experience working independently, initiating and leading change and improvements
• Positive attitude
• English proficiency

• A competitive salary based on a 40-hour work week, dependent on your level of education and work experience
• A contract for a period of one year with the prospect of an indefinite contract
