Position

We are looking for a Lead QA Engineer to lead and coach our quality assurance initiatives. You have a positive attitude towards exploring innovative possibilities, hereby developing your knowledge on development best practices and simultaneously implementing these. What you will be doing

• Lead our QA team and coach our development team to achieve the highest quality standard
• Define our quality strategy and execute the plan to build quality automation from the ground up
• Making sure features are stable and bug free
• Work closely with technical leads to deliver great value
• Delivering meaningful and measurable improvements that impact all of our clients

Your qualification

• Proficient understanding of quality automation frameworks and technologies
• You are up to date on emerging quality trends
• Confident in interacting with internal and external stakeholders of different levels
• Able to give and receive constructive feedback on (technical) matters
• Experience with quality automation frameworks is required
