We are looking for an experienced Campaign Specialist to join our marketing team. You will be responsible for designing, planning, coordinating, and executing all marketing campaigns both for Startselect and our Partners.
You will work closely with our marketing team, partnership team and external partners (such as PlayStation, Nintendo, Google, etc.) to design campaigns that align with the goals of our partners and ourselves, ensure they are executed effectively and efficiently and analyse their performance to continuously improve our campaigns.
What will I do?
You will develop and execute the total Startselect campaign calendar and coordinate multi-channel marketing campaigns, including newsletters, on-site, social media, influencers, performance, and SEO, to drive user growth and engagement
Proactively propose and pitch new campaigns, internally as to key brand partners that align with our/their campaign goals
Brief the campaigns towards designers, copy writers and ad specialists ensuring a compelling narrative across all marketing channels
Ideate, set, track, and analyse performance goals to measure campaigns’ success and provide detailed reports and recommendations for improvements to stakeholders
Stay informed about market developments and trends and respond proactively
Report to the marketing manager and work closely with the marketing- and partnership team
At least 5+ years of experience in a similar role within an e-commerce organzation
A commercial mindset and excellent communication and social skills
Creative skills with the ability to develop campaigns, compelling narratives and briefs
Excellent analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends and make informed decisions
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with different departments and divisions both internally and externally (brand partners, agencies)
Interest in gaming is a plus
