Position
As a leader within our Network Pricing team, you'll help with setting effective drug pricing within our provider networks to meet client and pharmacy contract guarantees through financial and network pricing modeling, analysis and reporting. Primary Responsibilities:
- Collate internal and external market data and prepare trend reports to identify inefficiencies in how the network is currently priced
- Engage with key stakeholders across the business on formulating strategies to address these inefficiencies, developing business cases weighing out pros-and-cons and laying out steps to implementation
- Collate playbook of optimal pricing strategies for different scenarios to support the business in effective implementation and maintenance
- Support development and tracking of network performance KPI’s to quantify impact of different strategies following implementation.
- Thoroughly learn the business and educate those around you, both on your team and more broadly, on the mechanics of network pricing and the PBM business model
Your qualification
- Significant experience in business focused analytical roles (e.g. finance, business analysis, data analytics)
- Demonstrable experience leading projects, with accountability of work for management level team members
- Technical skills including intermediate SQL and MS Office, including proficiency with MS Excel
- Strong communication skills, able to work with stakeholders from multiple levels and disciplines
- Significant experience communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Will be a plus
- Undergraduate degree in a numerical subject (e.g. Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, or Economics)
- Data visualization experience with Tableau or Power BI
- Experience working with large volumes of transactional data
- Experience working in industries such as Healthcare, Financial Services, Banking or Telco
