Position

We’re looking for an engineering manager to oversee a full-stack engineering squad. Are you a people-oriented leader with strong soft skills who is capable of managing complex projects? In this role, you’ll be responsible for the professional and personal development of your team. You’ll lead the technological strategy, build the tech agenda, work closely with the Product team, and drive your squad to be accountable owners of their work as they meet company business goals.

Your qualification

• 5+ years working as a backend / full stack developer
• 3 + years working as an engineering manager/team lead
• BSc Computer Science, Mathematics, or related degree
• All-around team player who is self-motivated and inventive
• Passion for code craftsmanship
• Experience working on high-scale, production-grade projects
• A history of contributing to open-source projects is a plus
