Position

When you start at ING as Front-end Developer. You will become part of a challenging transformation within our highly innovative environment. You will manage three Junior Engineers, coaching on hard- and soft skills, to support and shape the new way of working.

You'll be working on the conversion of Angular to Polymer.

Within the IT-Chapter we mainly use the following technologies and frameworks: Java, Angular JS, React Native, Sonar, Rest API, Jenkins, Maven, Fitnesse, Selenium. All based on a Tomcat/Linux/Oracle stack on which we deliver every two weeks, fully automated, new features into production.

Your qualification

• You have at least 4 years of experience as an Engineer
• You have knowledge of HTML, CSS, Angular, Polymer
• You are always trying to improve your skills, to continuously learn and get better at what you do to be able to deliver the highest quality
• You take pride in building efficient solutions and code and are willing to coach others on development best practices
• You are customer focused, you exceed expectations, understand the customer and are visible to the customer
• You are a Team player, it is about the team, you trust others and can be trusted. You are committed to team goals and always have the right spirit
• You know how to communicate at different levels with stakeholders and are persuasive
