Position

Capgemini Financial Services is looking for experienced Pega Engineers (CPBA / CSSA / LSA) who can help our clients in their digital transformation journey.  You will be responsible to architect industry leading solutions with the latest technology trends like DX API, Pega Infinity, DevOps and Cloud transformation etc.

Your challenge as a Pega Engineer at Capgemini Financial Services

With your work experience you give guidance and advice to the customer in order to take the right path. You will be responsible for to

• Collaborate and give direction to both the customer and the business during all phases of the project in order to ensure quality, from the design phase to the production phase
• Help Customers with Pega Architecture development, Pega upgrade, cloud transformations, automated test enablement, DevOps and DX API
• Develop and enable our customers with Pega’s 1:1 Engagement
• Monitor the quality of the developed solutions
• Lead Pega implementation teams and guide DCO workshops
• Coach teams in the field of technology, helping them to make the right decisions when developing solutions

Your qualification

• Completed HBO or WO diploma/ bachelor’s degree or above
• Extensive experience with the Pega’s intelligent automation with Pega 7.X and above
• At least 4+ years of experience as a Pega developer
• You must have at least one of these
  • Certified Pega Business Architect (CPBA)
  • Certified Pega Senior System Architect (CSSA)
  • Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA)
• Experienced with DevOps and Automated testing
• Experience in an agile / project management environment
• Fluent communication skill in English

Will be a plus

• Hands-on experience with Pega Infinity
• Experience in leading large Pega Teams
• If you are a CSSA then ambition to become Pega Certified LSA
• Experience on PEGA Customer Decision Hub
• Additional Certifications in PEGA like UI Specialist, PEGA Decisioning and PEGA Customer Service System Architect etc.
• Knowledge of DX API
• Experienced with 1:1 Customer engagement
