The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in comprehensive marketing strategies, an understanding of the software development industry, and the ability to build our marketing capabilities from scratch. You will be responsible for developing and executing end-to-end online and offline marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support our business growth.

What You Will Do

• Think, build, and execute a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy that aligns with Nimble’s overall business goals and growth objectives.
• Plan and execute campaigns across various online and offline marketing channels, including digital, social media, content, email, and traditional media.
• Implement various digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Strengthen the company's brand position by developing branding messages that effectively utilize various communication tools and channels.
• Plan and host company events to drive brand recognition and interest and partner with relevant companies to position our company as a thought leader.
• Work with cross-functional teams, including sales, talent, product development, and design, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective strategies.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Report on key performance metrics and provide actionable insights to senior management.

Your qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Hunger, drive, ambition, and a tenacious focus on results.
• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in marketing, with an understanding of the software development industry.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful B2B marketing campaigns, both online and offline.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong Expertise on marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, SEO tools).
• Strong Technical Expertise on outbound marketing, tools and practices.
• Strong Technical Expertise on SEO, SEM, and digital marketing best practices.
• Strong understanding of branding and brand management.
• Experience leading company marketing event initiatives.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and performance driven environment.
• Currently based in Thailand or willing to relocate to Bangkok.
• Business fluency in English language.
