Senior Product Manager, for Patient Acquisition & Patient Booking (Remote)

We make healthcare more accessible by letting patients review over 2 million verified opinions, find the best doctor nearby and book a visit in a few seconds. Doctors can attract new patients and manage their calendars via our intuitive agenda management tool.

Position

Now we are looking for a creative, entrepreneurial, and impact focused Senior Product Manager to head-up our Patient Acquisition and Patient Booking areas, helping patients to find the perfect doctor and book online; all whilst managing multi-disciplinary product teams to achieve individual and team goals, as well as executing the delivery of the company's ambitious product road-map and vision.

What will you do with us?

• Lead 2 growing global product teams which are focused on making docplanner the patients preferred platform to book a doctor
• Understanding patients' needs in our key markets in order to establish the strategy to reach your goals with your teams
• Define and analyze metrics that show the success of the product
• Mentor and shape Product Owners (APMs) that report to you by providing ongoing product expertise, processes, and product guidance
• Identify growth opportunities in support of Docplanner as a scaling business
• Establish a shared understanding of business priorities and strategy within each of your product teams
• Triangulate data and insights to develop a robust product strategy and inform decision-making
• Work closely with stakeholders, CPO Gabri Prat and other product areas like Patient Experience managed by Gustavo Comitre and Sylwia Zdrowak

Your qualification

• A well-practiced product leader, with a track record of successful marketplace product outcomes. App experience is a plus!
• You have an entrepreneurial and growth mindset - you must be comfortable thriving in ambiguity and getting the work done
• A big picture problem-solver, ready to build out a sophisticated strategy and see it through
• You have experience in growth environments and B2C products, as well as SEO and ASO techniques
• You are results-oriented, and find feasible ways to validate big and novel ideas. You love learning and building new products!
• You have a test and learn mindset - being familiar with iterative development principles and practices
• You are experienced with data-driven product development, and you build on insights from both qualitative and quantitative methods
• You have experience managing people (direct reports)
• You are an excellent communicator and storyteller, communicating concepts and ideas to stakeholders at all levels, in different shapes depending on the context

For this role we operate within the Central European and GMT time zones for collaboration and ask that all our teams, who are not locally focused, are located within that time zone. Would you rather work in an office over ‘WFH’? You’ll be more than welcome in our Barcelona or Warsaw office.
