Position
DeoVR is a leading VR video streaming platform embracing fully interactive videos, 8K streaming, computer vision, data labeling, machine learning, depth maps, interactive haptics devices and many others.

We’re looking for someone to establish an advanced project management culture to help a growing team with effective and efficient management. We believe that communication is the key. You could become a consolidating point to orchestrate day to day work as well as think of bigger plans for our teams including back-end, front-end, Unity, marketing and other teams as needed.
The Job:
- Cooperate to establish a project management culture in a fast-growing company
- Manage the full development cycle
- Tasks decomposition and proper allocation to team players based on qualification, experience and skills; talent management
- Measure team performance and monitor progress using appropriate project management tools and techniques
- Align project objectives with company goals
- Lead process of problem identification and resolution
- Simultaneously work on multiple projects within the company’s portfolio
- Motivate the team involved in the project
- Participate in the creation of roadmaps for different projects
Your qualification
- 3+ of project management experience in IT, understanding of web development cycles
- Excellent communications skills
- Detail-oriented while being able to see the “big picture”
- PMP or ITSM certifications are preferred
- Knowledge of agile and lean approaches such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe and among others
- Proficiency with project management software and related tools including but not limited to Trello, JIRA, MS Excel, etc.
- Proven leadership skills
- Basic product management skills are a plus
