Project description 

You are invited to join a highly professional team developing a distributed, real-time, high-load payments processing system for one of the world's largest Investment Banks. The system's geography is worldwide - it handles transactions coming from the Bank's clients from all over the globe. The project is very challenging technically - and provides great opportunities to contribute with your knowledge and expertise, as well as to learn.

The development is performed according to the highest standards and best practices: the methodology is Scrum/Agile with 2-week sprints, constant code reviews and code quality monitoring is being done. The CI/CD process is mature and well-established, QA and release/deployment routines are automated to guarantee maintaining fast project pace and meeting challenging deadlines.

Responsibilities 

• Develop new business logic 
• Refactor existing logic and migrate it to newer technology stack
• Contribute into the technical design of the system

Your qualification

• 5+ y.e.
• Java 8 (Core, Concurrency)
• Java EE (Spring, Hibernate)
• SQL (Oracle)
• Experience with Unix/Solaris
• Maven, Gradle
• GIT

Will be a plus

• Shell scripting skills
• Jenkins
