Position

Responsibilities:

• Thoroughly analyzes job descriptions in order to ensure alignment of submitted candidates with position requirements. This entails researching for any terms or technologies the Recruiter may not be familiar with and check in with the Recruiting Manager if more information is needed
• Prepares interview cheat sheet for all positions assigned to him/her
• Analyzes all CVs prior to interviewing candidates, so as to detect any red flags and prepare appropriate questions
• Escalate to Recruiting Manager any concerns, opportunities for improvement, or requests for tools that may arise in day-to-day operations
• Provides the candidate follow-up on his application at least once a week
• Participate in all meetings as required by the Recruiting Manager

Your qualification

• Experience with recruitment processes and databases
• Experience in IT Recruiting is preferred 
• The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies
• Excellent communication skills
• Great interpersonal skills 
• Good decision-making skills
• Fluent English both written and spoken
