Position

We are looking for a skilled Product Manager to join our product team. You will play a critical role in supporting data-driven decision-making by analysing user behavior, optimising key metrics & funnels, and creating reports that will help us enhance our FinTech product offerings

Main Responsibilities

• Drive the development and execution of loan-related product features, from concept to launch
• Own the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, and data) to prioritize and deliver product enhancements
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for innovation in loan products
• Validate product ideas through user feedback, surveys, and usability testing to ensure alignment with market demands and user needs
• Lead sprint planning, refinement sessions, and collaborate with development teams to manage product backlogs
• Conduct A/B tests and use data analysis to improve user experience and NPS

Expected Results

• Successful launch of new loan products or enhancements with measurable business impact (e.g., increased loan approvals, reduced processing times)
• Improved user experience and satisfaction in the loan application and disbursement process
• Improve the user funnel and key product metrics, including growth in loan applications, approval rates, and revenue
• Timely delivery of product features that align with business timelines and objectives
• High-quality collaboration with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams, resulting in seamless product execution
• End-to-end implementation of regulatory compliance processes, customer identity verification systems, and onboarding workflows

Your qualification

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in a FinTech or financial services company
• Demonstrated experience in managing full product life cycles, from ideation to launch and beyond
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to make decisions based on insights and performance metrics
• Demonstrated ability to launch and manage A/B testing frameworks to optimize product performance and improve user experience
• Strong analytical skills, with a track record of using data to improve product performance
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles for optimizing loan application flows
• Proficiency with agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar
• Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data to derive insights for product strategy and decision-making

Will be a plus

• Demonstrated experience in guiding products through the PCI DSS certification process
• Proven experience in launching and managing KYC solutions
• Familiarity with general security best practices, such as encryption, access controls, and vulnerability management
• Understanding of the loan lifecycle, credit risk, underwriting, and compliance requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
• Familiarity with Amplitude or similar tools
