Position

Our client is dedicated to exploring innovative products and features that significantly enhance the experience of Kotlin developers and open new markets. As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead and refine these initiatives while identifying opportunities for innovation. Your initial focus will be on positioning Kotlin as a compelling language in the realm of AI. Responsibilities include conducting thorough product and market research for new concepts, establishing success criteria for prototypes, and validating hypotheses through experimental prototypes.

Examples of tasks:

• Increase the quality of Kotlin code generation in top-5 LLMs
• Research the feasibility of developing Kotlin version of LangChain
• Identify use cases for Kotlin Notebooks where it demonstrates the strongest product/market fit

Your qualification

• Have at least 5 years of product management experience or equivalent
• Experience in development of ML/AI products or features
• Have a deep understanding of product metrics and strong research skills
• Have experience in software development
• Be comfortable working in a highly technical domain
• Be ready to learn Kotlin and become an active user
• Have strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams
• Be comfortable working on multiple products simultaneously and able to switch contexts effectively
• Be proficient in English with strong spoken and written communication skills
