Position

Our client, a leading provider of high-performance time-series databases and monitoring solutions trusted by major companies like Adidas, WIX, and CERN, is seeking a Cloud Product Lead to spearhead their Cloud team. In this pivotal role, you will drive product leadership from both business and product perspectives. Your responsibilities will include strategic roadmap planning, effective stakeholder communication, and ensuring the product aligns with customer needs. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding the product's growth, success, and overall impact in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a Cloud Team consisting of development and UX/UI experts
• Define and execute the cloud product vision and strategy in collaboration with the company's founders
• Align product strategies with broader business objectives
• Document and communicate the product vision and strategy to both internal and external stakeholders
• Develop, publish, and maintain the cloud product roadmap in coordination with the cloud team and relevant stakeholders
• Manage the product backlog, ensuring it reflects clear, actionable requirements
• Engage with stakeholders, including sales and marketing teams, to gather requirements, manage expectations, and provide updates
• Make informed decisions on product priorities, scope, and launches
• Serve as the public and internal voice for the cloud product

Your qualification

• 5+ years of relevant business experience
• Proven track record in leading teams of developers and UX/UI designers
• Experience with infrastructure/cloud products in the B2B sector
• Demonstrated ability to define and execute product vision and strategies
• Contributions to or experience with open-source projects or products is a significant advantage
