Position

As a technical project manager, you will aim to provide reliable and efficient solutions to our key Software projects. It is expected that you use all your expertise to efficiently scope and manage these initiatives.

• Be a technical reference point and a good practice ambassador 
• Analyze, plan and develop requirements and standards in reference to ongoing projects
• Create detailed engineering plans, processes, and procedures for engineering staff to use and abide by 
• Propose and oversee budgets and timelines for engineering projects
• Communicate and collaborate with other managers, suppliers, and contractors
• Prepare and deliver various engineering-related presentations, both internally and externally 
• Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiatives

Your qualification

• BsC, MsC or PhD in engineering
• 10+ years of experience in engineering, preferably in a management role
• Deep technical understanding in C# and Python
• Expertise in creating and managing diverse and talented teams across different locations (US, Japan and Portugal)
• Interpersonal communication skills with expertise in distilling complicated topics to a broader audience
• Professional Project Management Certification from accredited intuition
• Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising department teams
