This role reports to the CRO and will work with a number of different teams within the company, serving as a bridge between sales and marketing. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with ambiguity and proactive in identifying and diagnosing challenges at different points in the customer journey. The Head of Revenue Enablement should have expertise in Go-to-market strategy but is also eager to roll up their sleeves to design and deliver onboarding and ongoing training, test messaging, coach salespeople and create content such as playbooks and job aids. As Unbabel continues to grow, this position will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our processes are smooth and scalable!
