Your qualification

  • PhD or Master degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Economics), Finance or Information Systems.
  • Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem solving skills.
  • Knowledge of an agile framework or method (i.e. Scrum, Kanban), and understanding of software development life cycle models.
  • Knowledge of at least one of the following: Python, Java/Scala, SQL.
  • Experience in the Regulated Technologies industry or compliance domain within the financial industry is a plus.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with fluency in English. Knowledge of German or French would be a plus.
  • Excellent people management abilities that enable you to collaborate effectively and to build up positive working relationships with business partners.
  • High-level of confidentiality, integrity and responsibility to deal with critical and confidential data.
  • Demonstrate an ease in assembling data sets from disparate sources and analyze using appropriate quantitative methodologies, computational frameworks and systems.
  • Results-oriented, hardworking and independent thinker. Willingness to work in a highly collaborative environment.
  • Willing to assume additional responsibilities and to become a respected know-how carrier in the team.
  • You understand the value of diversity in the workplace and are dedicated to fostering an inclusive culture in all aspects of working life so that people from all backgrounds receive equal treatment, realize their full potential and can bring their full, authentic selves to work.
