Exploring new heights, we are looking for a Content Manager DRI who will spearhead our content initiatives with precision and innovation. In this pivotal role, you will be entrusted with shaping and executing a robust content strategy based on comprehensive analysis of data, market trends, and competitor landscapes.
Challenges you’ll meet
Form content strategy on the basis of analysis data, market and competitors analysis
Make users profile and content metrics analysis (using Amplitude)
Content performance analytics, hypothesis formation, A/B content testing
Creation and curation of diverse content for the mobile app and its web cabinet, including articles, videos, infographics, recipes, workouts, etc.
Collaboration with experts in the fields of fitness, dietetics, medicine, etc.
Collaboration with other departments:design, marketing, monetization, etc.
Content quality control (final result review) and participation in creation if needed
Content documentation updates (processes, guidelines etc)
Your key goals will be
Feature metrics: retention, conversion, content rating (with focus on metrics impacted by content only)
Tasks completion in estimated deadlines
High-quality up-to-date scientifically-proved content based on user needs, trends
Latest experience with content management in the app (ex.: FLO)
Experience of work with different content formats
Amplitude user (can be basic level)
Strong experience in market, user behavior and content results analysis using relevant tools
Strong experience in content strategies, content plan forming
Experience in conducting a/b tests (from hypothesis formation to results analysis)
Aesthetics and trendiness in terms of content
