About Visuality

Visuality is a business-driven full-stack software house. We have know-how and experience in creating high-quality products built from scratch and taking over already existing products.

Position

We are looking for passionate project managers to join our company to work on challenging ongoing projects (some MVPs can also be expected time to time).

We work in small teams using Agile methodologies (mostly SCRUM) and work for clients from different time zones (+9h is possible). We focus on long-lasting partnerships with ongoing projects rather than short term cooperation with startups. We really focus on delivering quality solutions, quick and dirty is not an option most of the time and our clients do understand that. Apart from clients' projects we also spend time on our internal projects, tools and open source.

Your responsibilities

• Managing up to two projects inside Visuality
• Coordinating development and testing within product development process
• Contacting with the stakeholders - maintaining good relationships in English
• Supporting the clients in gathering or refining business requirements
• Participating in product design workshops, team meetups and briefings
• Defining project-specific deliverables to ensure successful implementation
• Integrating yourself with the team and organisation
• Giving feedback within the teams
• Sharing knowledge within the organisation

Your qualification

• At least 1 year of experience working in agile environment
• Knowledge about web & mobile applications technologies
• Excellent English communication skills
• Methodical, hard working, but easy going (cool guy or girl)
• Experience working with Project Management tools (JIRA, Pivotal, etc.)
• Good business requirements analysis skills

Will be a plus

• Knowledge of UX basics - mockuping, prototyping, etc.
• Basic knowledge about tools like: Balsamiq Mockups, InVision
• Experience in working with foreign clients (ideally from different timezones)
• Ability to identify and manage risks in the project
• PM or SCRUM certification, knowledge of different PM methodologies
• Experience in managing stakeholders expectations
