We have a background in IT; understand what's important and do technical assessment before any introduction and we are NEN-4400-1 certified.
We use the ServiceNow platform to help both our external clients and our internal service organization make their business processes as efficient as possible. To strengthen our ServiceNow DevOps team, we are looking for a ServiceNow Developer who can contribute to a great user experience for everyone working with our product.

We invest heavily in people’s growth. Continuous learning is built into our culture—you will learn from your colleagues, and they will learn from you.
Your responsibilities as a ServiceNow Developer
Support the Product Owner in understanding user needs and, together with your team, refine user stories and deliver them in sprints.
Collaborate with your teammates to design, build, and implement solutions. When necessary, you involve other teams and ensure new knowledge is shared and secured within your own team.
Handle incidents independently as part of our DevOps approach, and use these situations to identify opportunities for improvement.
Take on recurring operational tasks and apply creativity to simplify and automate them wherever possible.

Strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a good sense of priorities and value.
Hands-on experience with Agile and/or DevOps methods is beneficial.
