We have a wide range, from telephones to laptops and from washing machines to fridges. Our own delivery service delivers packages in our vans or electric bikes. As a Team Lead C# you will bring a smile to the faces of our customers by delivering great software and building an effective team. Your level of soft skills enable you to inspire others with them, and effectively support team members in defining their goals, and the approach to achieve them. Coach your team members on their technical and soft skills and provide them with feedback to help them get a little better every day.
Review code, promoting best practices and maintaining a high level of professionalism and a pragmatic culture.
Solve problems by using accepted best practices and principles such as TDD/BDD, SOLID and design patterns.
Lead from the front. You guide by example, not just by words.

Your qualification

You have over 6 years work experience as a C# developer and get bonus points if you have experience with PHP and/or front-end technology such as React or Javascript.
You have leadership experience and strong people management skills
You have experience with giving feedback, motivating and coaching developers with their technical and soft skills..
You are able to balance architectural and business value and can actively promote reducing technical debt while delivering value.
Scrum/Agile comes naturally to you.
You have experience with different types of data stores such as Oracle, or AWS.
You have worked in teams with different nationalities.
