Position

We are looking for a Salesforce Technical Architect for the permanent full-time contract in Malta, the english-speaking island in Europe with 300 sunny days per year and mediterranean all around.

You are going to work closely and help our clients leverage Salesforce technology to enhance their customer experiences, enable sustainable change, and drive results.

Staying up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies
• Get trained, certified, and upskilled to various Salesforce and CRM related products based on current engagements, market needs, and future opportunities

Key Responsibility

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect that will also take the lead of the Salesforce technical team. Apart from designing the technical architecture solutions you will also lead the team to pursue and deliver digital engagements and deliver solutions that will bring our client’s digital vision and strategy to life.

Your qualification

• Have a minimum of 5 years of CRM implementation experience in a managerial role and have hands on experience with configuration, integration and customizations
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce gained through project experience and supported by the relevant certifications
• Work with customers and other teams to collect, analyze and understand the requirements including non-functional requirements
• Experience in defining and managing project timelines and project economics to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
• Take a key role in the talent, resource management and recruitment processes of the Salesforce technical team
• Set goals and manage performance of Salesforce technical team members
• Provide career guidance and mentor Salesforce technical team members
• Strong presentation, report writing and communication skills
• Define, plan and update a pre-sales demo resources to support commercial activities
• Participate in key pre-sales meetings and other key commercial activities such as seminars and workshops
• A positive can-do approach, good listener, and a team leader with team player spirit
• Be willing to undergo training on tools, methods and technologies to broaden his/her expertise.
