Position

• Develop a design mobile application, web application, ads banners, and other creative
• Research current trends in the market and competitors to discuss pros and cons of the design
• Optimize a design using user behaviors data and focus groups 
• Work alongside with the web and mobile developers to bring a design to life

Your qualification

• 3+ years of experiences in the web or mobile application design
• Highly proficient in layout, color, and element selection for design
• Know what is minimalist and full features design
• Proficient in Sketch app and related graphic applications such as Adobe Photoshop 
• Business level English is required
• You can work in fast pace environment

Will be a plus

• Know HTML/CSS and mobile device capability
• You are good at drawing, character design, printed design, and other sorts of designs
• You have knowledge in UX design 
• Understanding of Asian and Japanese users behavior
• Japanese skills or any other second/third language
