About Qurate

Qurate is a storytelling platform, allowing innovative marketing teams to research, plan, create, publish and measure digital marketing content on their owned and social channels.

Position

Qurate is looking for a extra backend engineer. Our stack is based on Ruby, Rails, Postgres & VueJS, but we are constantly re-evaluating as we build and scale.

You will be part of the team building the Qurate Content Hub. This will involve working with the designers and product lead to understand, scope and plan features. You will work with the CTO to architect the feature as part of our larger platform. While developing the feature you will actively work with other developers and the rest of the company to iterate based on feedback and discussions.

Your qualification

• Strong experience of building web applications. Our stack is currently Rails & VueJS. Tell us where you fit in
• Good spoken and written English. Our team is multi-national, but English is the common language of our development team 
• Excited to learn and adapt to new technologies, along with sharing your learnings with the team
• You care more about being effective over being right
