As a leader within our Network Pricing team, you'll help with advancing our solutions for setting effective drug pricing within our provider networks to meet client and pharmacy contract guarantees through financial and network pricing modeling, analysis and reporting. Primary Responsibilities:
- Leading solution delivery projects; ensuring the delivery of robust, sustainable and scalable solutions while engaging with IT and business partners
- Developing drug price prediction models and associated data transformations
- Identify and quantify impact of novel pricing strategies
- Owning and maintaining in house analytics solutions
- Setting drug prices to meet targets, performance reporting and associated financial models
- Lead the development of new concepts, technologies and products to meet emerging customer requirements
- Influence senior management decisions that impact business direction
Your qualification
- Significant experience in analytical roles (e.g. business analysis, data science, data analytics)
- Demonstrable experience leading or owning solution delivery projects, with accountability of work for senior and/or management level team members
- Undergraduate degree in a numerical subject (e.g. Statistics, Mathematics, or Economics)
- Technical experience in Python, SQL and MS Excel
- Experience with predictive modelling and analytics
- Data visualization experience with Tableau (or similar)
- Strong communication skills, able to work with stakeholders from multiple levels and disciplines
- The ability to work a portion of monthly work hours from our Dublin or Letterkenny office is required.
Will be a plus
- Master’s or PhD in a heavily technical discipline
- Experience working as part of an agile delivery model
- Experience working with transactional data in industries such as Healthcare, Financial Services, Banking or Telco
- Computer science qualification or experience
