Position

• Leading a small team of software engineers focusing on development, quality and DevOps
• Corresponding with the Software Development Manager and Architects
• The role will be split between technical leadership activities and Scrum master
• Ad-hoc work as a scrum master to orchestrate the work for team members throughout the Sprints to deliver infrastructure automation

Your qualification

• 2-5 years software development experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience leading software development teams of up to 5 people
• Prior experience working in an agile development environment experience
• Flexible and adaptable attitude
• Fluency in verbal and written English
• Experienced Python developer with proficiency or better in bash scripting
• Designing implementing maintaining, supporting and troubleshooting a linux technology environment and expertise in RHEL
• Experience on Veritas cluster server and Veritas Volume manager 
• Extensive experience on working with different Virtualization technologies (VMware)
• Extensive working experience on different hardware HP Chassis, Blade, Rack servers, Oracle SPARC and X86 hardware 
• Experience in preparing HLD and LLD design documents
• Jenkins Administration
• Knowledge in using Subversion and Git, Gerrit
