Position

• Fix and resolve problems to stabilize and optimize customer networks 
• Configure and integrate different nodes and solutions in new and live customer networks
• Handle customer issues
• Handle Software Update Management 
• Be responsible for KCS Coaching and RSG Coaching
• Work, collaborate, and communicate in an international environment, both with colleagues internally as well as customers and suppliers to Ericsson
• You may have the opportunity to travel internationally and work in different cultural environments
• Emergency Support handling can be expected in the longer run

Your qualification

• Excellent technical competence in Ericsson Cloud solutions in one of these products: CEE or SDI
• Minimum 3 years experience in customer support
• Working as a support engineer will require a broad knowledge within telecom and Datacom, covering both hardware, software, and network knowledge
