Position

Ericsson Security Manager provides unique security orchestration and management coupled with powerful security analytics and machine learning capabilities for detecting zero-day attacks and threats. Security Manager is an essential part of evolved networks where security functions, policies and related configurations are dynamically deployed and adjusted across multi-vendor domains. It is a virtualized security solution designed for end-to end infrastructure and application level security management in 5G or IoT deployments.

Ericsson is looking for a Customer Project Manager to lead ESM projects/programs and ensure successful deliveries fulfilling the contractual requirements. You will be working closely with Customers, Customer Units, ESM DevOps team, Product Line, Product Owners and high-end multi-functional Teams.

Your qualification

• Experience in demanding operative role(s)
• Demonstrated Leadership skills
• Strong Project Management skills in large-scale projects/programs
• Solid understanding of modern Product Development
• Customer oriented attitude and experience in managing external customer interfaces
• Experience in Product Introduction
• Change management skills
• Experience in Product Lifecycle Management
• Financial Acumen & Analysis Skills
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Proficiency in English Language

Will be a plus

• Knowledge/experience in Telco networks end to end
• Experience in Security Domain and industry standards
• Knowledge/experience in DevOps and Continuous Deployment
• Experience in release processes and release management
• Experience in pre-sales activities
• Knowledge/experience in Agile methodologies and ways of working
• Certifications: SAFe, PMP, IPMA-C (or higher), PRINCE2
• Experience in 3PP management
