Position

As Tech Lead Frontend Development (m/w/d) you are shaper and leader, as you are responsible for the continuous evolution and development of our customer facing and internal products, e.g. klarx Manager, klarx Connect.

You are a hands-on person, but are also breathing a passion for tech- and product strategy, as you are involved in strategic decision-making and support us with your technical expertise.

Delivering the best quality and most innovative products is our most important goal. As a creative mind you will bring new inspiration to the company and design innovative products according to our motto "If it's not efficient, improve it".

You live teamwork, you know how your team can develop in the best possible way, and you support as a mentor their individual competence development.

Your qualification

• You are a geek at heart, have proven that you can master frontend technology, and are versatile with modern languages, tools, and workflows. We are looking for an exceptionally expert in modern frontend architectures, reporting directly to our Co-Founders
• React.js, Typescript and GraphQL are familiar and appealing to you, you have a strong background in at least one modern Javascript frontend framework, welcome modular design systems, and CI/CD
• Being part of an agile environment is where you shine. You enjoy the daily exchange of ideas and sparring with our product managers and our active development team, as well as sharing knowledge and experience with other team members
• You want to work on real world problems that create an impact in our world; you work hard to build a great product and take ownership for delivering high-quality, maintainable, and well-tested code
• You feel like making a difference in our world and being celebrated for your success 
• You love to learn, grow and push your limits: you learn quickly and strive to improve every day; you can adapt to a fast-growing organization with constantly changing requirements
• We are multicultural and welcome any nationality. Therefore, please be fluent in English. German is a plus
