Position

• Operation and continuous expansion of our internal network and server infrastructure: hyper-convergent cluster (Ceph, Proxmox, Ansible), network with separate VLANs over several floors (MikroTik), WiFi for over 150 clients 
• Administration and further development of our VPNs, which we use both for home office and to deploy and monitor our installations at the customer's site 
• Close collaboration with Development / DevOps to provide and administer internal systems (File Share, Jira/Confluence, Prometheus, gitlab, Bareos etc.)
• Taking on a key role in building a sysadmin / IT team that works closely with support and development

Your qualification

• You have a hands-on mentality and a team-oriented way of working
• You have experience in operating business-critical network and server infrastructure 
• You have a profound know-how in network configuration, routing, VPN, firewalls, virtualization 
• Experience in configuring distributed file systems, preferably Ceph 
• You attach importance to security and implement systems accordingly
• Experience in secure handling of Linux / bash and the configuration of Linux-based systems. You should know at least one scripting language (e.g. Python) - everything else is a plus
• Generally, a quick grasp and solid general knowledge is more important than experience with specific tools. However, the more experience you have with the tools and technologies mentioned under "your tasks", the better
