Position

As a Tech Lead for our ERP team, you are responsible for the SAP S/4Hana Cloud technical consulting team. You ensure operability, reliability and technical extensibility of the system as well as developing and maintaining integration with services across the company and beyond.

Your Responsibilities

• Build and lead an excellent team: Build a remote team of best-in class engineers and guide them towards the FINN culture. Be their technical role model and ensure the growth and success of the team together
• Extend and maintain FINN-wide ERP: You will be responsible for bringing business requirements into SAP S/4HANA, scaling and keeping the system up to date
• Engineer integrations: Leverage your software engineering background and field knowledge by integrating existing FINN systems, services and data sources into ERP

Your qualification

• Graduated top of your class with a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or in a similar field from a top-tier university
• 3+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced software development environment, having led a team of at least 4 software engineers
• Proven track record (5+ years) in technical consulting of SAP S/4HANA Cloud (Private Edition) and SAP Basis
• Knowledge of accounting, financial close and tax, accounts receivable, billing as well as revenue management, procurement, HR payroll as well as financial planning is a plus
• Understanding of modern API designs (REST, SOAP) 
• Excellent software engineering skills in ABAP and one of other programming languages like Java, Python, Javascript as well
• Good knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS) and cloud-native architecture
• Fluent in English
