Position

Remote work is also possible. The candidate should sit within +/- 3 hours of the CEST/CET time zone.

As a product manager, you are partnering with our Engineering, Design, Analytics teams and business leaders across finn.auto. You are part of a cross-functional team ensuring that we’re building technology that solves important customer problems in elegant, scalable, measurable ways.

Objectives

• Develop and execute a winning roadmap: Derived from our company strategy, it is your task to execute a winning roadmap that guardrails for growth. In order to do this, you will work daily with a Tech Lead and a dedicated engineering team
• Manage and drive your own projects: At finn.auto, you will get responsibility from day one. All of your projects will have a critical impact on our company and directly relate to making mobility fun and sustainable 
• Improve day-to-day business activities and processes by identifying and solving shortcomings of our tools. Help the existing team to master daily challenges and get deep insights into specific departments and the IT landscape 
• Critically question and analyze: With your profound project management skills, you are responsible for building technology that is solving user issues and achieves team goals. Working jointly with our Tech Lead, you prioritize and define requirements to bring our systems to the next level, while always seizing opportunities for automation

Your qualification

• You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Proven track-record (5+ years) of shipping software products in an agile development environment, Juniors are also very welcome!
• Experience in relevant product area (e.g. E-Commerce or B2C, SaaS platforms)
• Entrepreneurial mindset, with a bias for customer-focused innovation
• Excellent analytical skills with demonstrated experience turning data into actionable insights
• Passion for building functional and engaging user experiences with a strong customer-centric focus
• Extensive experience in working with internal and external stakeholders to succeed in your daily work
• Experience in working with technical teams is required
• You are fluent in German and English
