Position

As a Digital Marketing Manager SEA (m/f/d), you are part of a team that will spear-headed all of the digital marketing initiatives across multiple FREE NOW countries. Work closely with Digital Strategists, Marketing Intelligence and local marketing teams in implementing and optimizing the best digital marketing strategy to deliver sustainable growth for the business.

Your responsibilities:

• Lead successful PPC campaigns across Google, Apple Search Ads, and Bing in performance marketing by having hands-on campaign setup and optimizations
• Manage the paid search budget and work with the Marketing teams such as creative, and SEO teams to deliver integrated search ads campaign
• Develop media planning, testing roadmaps, and implementation of these initiatives in the Search channel to drive growth in acquisition and retention 
• Looking for the latest trends in search and pull marketing and try to test and optimize publishers in the different markets for the mobile sector
• Search for individual solutions per market also for global solutions that fit all Free Now countries
• Build cooperation with big players to negotiate better deals for all Free Now markets

Your qualification

• Proven experiences (min 3 years of relevant experiences) and success managing paid campaigns across all major SEA channels such as Google Adwords (UAC and web-search) and Apple Search Ads
• Several years of experiences within a mobile app business, direct to consumer, or agency
• A proven track record of managing large digital marketing projects and campaigns for a range of clients, preferred mobile app clients
• Strong teamwork, collaboration and organizational skills
• Comprehensive understanding of the general advertising ecosystem, best practices, bid and optimization strategies, and campaign objectives
• Good understanding on cross-platform ads tracking and measurement (app and website-based)
• Experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization initiatives
