Position
As Product Manager (m/f/d) at ToolTime, you will build and scale with us the most innovative software solution, that will not only help home service businesses to cope with their office work in the easiest and most efficient way possible but set them up for future growth and success.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to continuously drive the prioritization, ideation, development, and delivery of new features
- Sketch out requirements for features on the product roadmap in collaboration with other departments as well as the CPO and Head of Engineering
- Act as the intersection between business, engineering, and design and translate user feedback into actionable roadmap items
- Be the main point of contact for developers during a sprint to answer product-related questions on tickets and upcoming features
- Track, measure, analyze and communicate relevant KPIs as well as product development progress to key stakeholders
Main requirements
- 2+ years Product Management experience in a data-driven, fast-paced environment, preferably B2B/SaaS startup
- Experience with tracking, measuring and analyzing KPIs
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills while constantly aligning with other departments
- Experience with working in cross-functional and agile teams as well as knowledge in project management tools and agile methodologies
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills
- Business Fluency in German and English
