(Senior) Backend / Full Stack Software Engineer

Position

Your mission:

• Product Development.
  Design and implement new features, improve existing codebase in according with our agile practices (Kanban / Scrum, XP, CI, TDD, Pair Programming). You’ll be part of a cross-functional team, working closely with the product 
• Application Operability.
  As a team, we’ll be working in a DevOps environment to ensure we’re delivering fast and stable software
• Continuous Improvement.
  Everyone is responsible for bringing themselves and the company forward. You are expected to learn new things, make experiments and have the courage to fail fast. We expect you to find ways to bring your strength to work and use them to improve the team

You will be:

• Implementing new features in collaboration with other Spark teams and product
• Optimising and monitoring performance

Your qualification

• You are comfortable working in a team
• You love to learn and grow and pass on that knowledge to your junior colleagues
• You are driven to leave things better than you found them
• Good relationships with your colleagues mean a lot to you
• You do not jump to solutions, instead, you try to understand the problem first

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience developing large-scale production applications in at least one of Java, PHP, Golang
• Successfully having designed or implemented medium-sized projects
• Experience with service-oriented architecture
• Great team player
• Fluent English skills (written and verbal)
