Position

• Develop (“infrastructure as code”) and operate Kubernetes based platforms and a large-scale AWS based infrastructure, including RDS, S3, EFS, Lambda, message brokers, secrets stores and key management
• Monitor, profile and optimize high-availability containerized, Java, Python, PHP and Perl based infrastructure
• Automate manual processes
• Analysis, troubleshooting and problem-solving in the daily business of our IT environment

Your qualification

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent professional experience
• Professional knowledge of Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform and the AWS services suite
• Fluency with scripting languages (preferably python, bash)
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools
• Familiarity with Continuous Integration Tools
• Well organized personality with analytical and conceptual abilities
• Team player with very good English language skills and preferably German as well
• Willingness to participate in an On-Call Roster
