Position
For the further development and expansion of our successful business, Raisin is looking for talented and motivated Software Testers to complement our team in Berlin.
Your role
- Quality assurance of a Java-based online banking system, back end applications and PHP/React-based websites
- Estimation, development, execution, and maintaining of manual test cases
- Making contributions to reporting defects, retesting and closure
- Devising improvements to current procedures and configuration through a performance of workflow analysis, and recommend quality improvements
- Together with our automation test engineers, you will plan the automation scope and regression and you will analyze the test runs, etc.
Main requirements
- Computer science, business informatics or a comparable bachelors degree
- 5+ years of experience in software testing, primarily in Manual/Functional Testing
- Proficient at writing database queries and Unix commands
- Skilled at API testing of RESTful services
- Experience with continuous build integration systems like Jenkins
- Experience in Test Automation is an advantage
- Familiar with Agile software development and QA processes
- Experience in project and test management tools like Jira, TestRail, etc.
- English is the primary language, German language skills are a plus
- Team player with excellent analytical and conceptual skills
